Stan began his career in real estate in 1970, after spending several years in the forestry industry.  He has been at the forefront in providing affordable housing on the Sunshine Coast since that time through land development and construction.

In November 2001, Stan and his wife Diane joined the Re/Max Oceanview sales organization, after 26 years of owning and operating their own real estate business.

He has received numerous achievement awards, including outstanding achievement combined listings and sales 1988, 1989 and 1990 and first in total units sold Sunshine Coast/Squamish/Whistler through the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board MLS during 1990.
